Partial Payment vs Full Payment
Customers have the ability to either pay the full amounts of accrued charges or partially pay. For some customers, they utilize partial pay because they may not have the capacity to pay all charges at once. Over a period of time, they pay for a specific amount regularly until they pay off the entirety of the charges on their account.
