What we need:

  1. Please sign the license agreement before submitting the order.  You will upload the signed agreement at the bottom of the order form.  Download the agreement here.
  2. You can find our W9 form here.
  • Reseller Information

  • Customer Information

  • Customer Website URL
  • Where can I find the Customer ID?

  • The total number of SL seats the customer has licensed will fall into a tier below. Select that tier. (This is not the number of users using eBanking, but the overall SL system seats)
  • Please select which eBanking modules you are ordering.
  • Please upload the signed license agreement here (see the download link at the top of the page). The order cannot be processed without the signed document.
