Creating and Managing Direct Debit Mandates Easily

When the signed mandate is received from the customer, it is being stored automatically, with correct time stamp/date for further automated processing.

Registering and Processing Direct Debit Transactions with your Bank or NETS Automatically
An automated process for registering new mandates with your bank for future transaction processing, as well as managing existing Direct Debit agreements is key if you handle large volumes of Direct Debits.
Improved sequencing, automated and secure filing of mandates, and legal identifiers of your customers makes it possible to track the status of all your Direct Debit Mandates together with your bank or NETS. If a mandate is cancelled by the bank, NETS, or your customer, you need to be able to react as quickly as possible to ensure your payment.
Automated Communication and Processing Options
The communication with your bank is automated by leveraging several key features within the module. Enhanced batch jobs will register new mandates with your bank or NETS, as well as providing two-way communication (Inbound/Outbound) with your bank or NETS to constantly monitor the status of all your active Direct Debit Mandates.
The communication is handled securely through SK Global Software’s Bank Communication Hub, which allows for both H2H file based communication via SFTP and Host2Host Communication via Web Services.
