Job Description
As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will organize and execute the ongoing initiatives
that support our customer success goals. This starts by providing administrative support in the
pre-sales stage for prospects and our reselling partners, through to onboarding new customers
and tracking their success with SKG and our software throughout their entire account lifecycle
and across all SKG departments. This position reports to the Directors of Sales and Operations,
and acts as liaison between sales, operations, accounting and services/support departments to
track all customer touch-points across the company.

A Glance At Your Day
- Monitor inquires to NA and EU account managers, Software registration desk inbox, and
sales inbox to provide pricing, generate software keys and track billing status for new and
existing customers. - On-board our new customers and setup services projects for billing delivery
- Generate invoices and track payments associated with new orders, software renewals
and services billing & track satisfaction surveys for others - Schedule account management calls to check in on existing customers
- Run latest sales and operations reports from various system tools to review in weekly
SalesOps meeting and for delivery to senior management - Help liaise between departments for customer/partner escalation
