We are ready to present new features in our Banking and Treasury Automation Suite for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations and Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.

Vendor Payments

We have improved Accounts Payable even more with enhanced validation and security processes. Integrate your Accounts Payable directly and seamlessly to your Bank(s) for a fully automated and streamlined payment execution process.

Direct Debit

Take full advantage of Direct Debit to automatically withdraw agreed funds from your customer’s bank account! With our new enhancements you can manage Mandates (Direct Debit Agreements), Communication, Validation processes and more from within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. Also, if something’s not right, you can fully reverse a withdrawal instruction with a One-Click Button. Now that’s easy!

Enterprise Bank Reconciliation

This is a major update. Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX organizations may now enjoy a significantly improved Bank Statement and Payments Reconciliation process. Enjoy fully automated bank statement reconciliation across your entire organization with direct communication to all your banks – across currencies, all bank accounts and all subsidiaries.

We have added a new Bank Statement screen checking for missing and duplicate bank statements. We have added new advanced sub ledger creation rules and advanced settlement features for an even higher degree of automation – allowing automated posting directly to GL. Also, match unstructured data, and see the new Match Hit Rate %-indicator go up !
